Robots walking among us

Last month, it became known that Elon Musk, the South African multi- billionaire, started to put AI into robots.
Even if it has already been attempted by many technological companies, he is trying to use OpenAI at its full capacity. OpenAI is the company that made ChatGPT, an AI that feeds on the information it can find on the internet.
Because he has bought the company, he can now do whatever he wants with it.
The use of this AI is becoming an issue because it uses the data that it can find on the internet. But because this AI is not morally intelligent, there is a fear of it starting to use people's personal information. This is a problem both for Elon Musk and for everyone on the internet, because the data may be revealed to the world and because it is illegal to steal or use personal
data.
This creates conflicts between the people that believe it is necessary to make breakthroughs, especially in this area of science, and the people thatbelieve that it is morally unacceptable and that a robot doesn't have any ethics.
For Elon Musk, it is not even a question, ad this time, he is free to do whatever he wants. Last time, when he started Neuralink, he needed an approval by the US government. Now, because it doesn't imply human testing, he doesn't have to get an approval by an authority, and he can do whatever he decides to do, even if he loses control of his word.
Many are attempting to get the project shut down. For example, some say that it will destroy many jobs, and that the unemployment rate is going to increase, others believe and are afraid that it might be dangerous like in the Terminator movies. Musk declared on X/Twitter that he did not intend to stop his project because he believes that it is "the next step in human
evolution" and that there are no laws that can stop him.
Did money make him a stranger to society?

Last month, there was the technological event convention in Los Angeles, California. During this very important yearly event, the multi-billionaire Elon Musk presented his new project. He wants to create robots with an AI.
This idea is not the most original one from the entrepreneur, but this time, there will be a real AI, the one made by OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT. This means that there will be a new kind of species on earths, robots. Many are exited by this project, but the reality is that it will only bring more problems.
Musk is doing this for: "the sake of humanity", as he gone mad? I believe that he does not realize that ideas like this one only bring more problems to society. If those robots work perfectly, of course I will be impressed, as a technology enthusiast, but it will destroy many jobs, from banking to working in a supermarket to making buildings, …
There will be so many people out of job that society will have to change or it might crumble entirely.
I do not believe that things are going to be like in Terminator, but more like in Wall-E, the Disney movie. If this project works, the humans are going to give their lives to technology.
The event itself was good, the new prototypes were, for some, very interesting, but this idea seen as a utopia by him seems more like a nightmare for humanity. Of course he doesn't care for the people, he can build a mansion with 100$ bills.
I personally believe that money transformed him into a being so far from reality, that he does not realize how much of a danger he can become for humanity? I believe that his vision of progress is not compatible with the world that we live in today.
